One of our attendees is currently working extremely hard to achieve his personal goal of losing weight and improving fitness.  A determined approach has seen him increase his daily activity levels and at his request we are currently supporting him to access a gym.  We are very proud of his efforts and we would like to thank Brad and Jack at Strength and Fitness Lab in Ince for their support and commitment.
